Welcome to my website. My name is Bani Kamrani. I am 30 years old and I currently live in Leiden.
My passion and love for sports and healthy food started at a young age of 16. After graduating as a dietician at the Hague University of Applied Sciences, I decided to turn my passion for sports into my job. That is when I took the step to get my certificate as a Personal Trainer. At the same time I opened my own dietician practice in The Hague. Over the years I have worked as a group trainer & personal trainer for, F45 HIIT studio, One-Fit, Leiden University and various PT studios in The Hague. As a dietitian, I also enjoyed working with the Arbo Center of the municipality of The Hague and Shell.

During the pandemic, I made the decision to shift my work more online. I started offering online Personal Training & nutrition consultation. I noticed that for many clients online training was the ideal way to keep moving and have a stick behind the door, because they have a busy job / schedule, this saved them a lot of time & stress. So I decided to continue this until today!

At the moment I am following a course called Exercise for Health Specialist EREPS level 5. After obtaining my certificate, I have the honor to also guide medical clients in collaboration with medical specialists.
