NUTRITION
Every body is different, as a dietician and personal trainer, my job here is to help my clients with personal and tailor-made nutritional advice. Food should be tasty, but at the same time provide your body with what it needs. Together we look at what best suits your body, goals and current living situation.
Method
During your intake interview, your current lifestyle will be examined and you may be asked to keep track of your nutrition for a week. You can do the measurements yourself at home with the help of me. Think of weighing on a scale and, if desired, measuring the waist circumference ( among other measurements ). These measurement data are tracked every period in order to analyze the progress.
The following times we will discuss nutrition and any bottlenecks together during the online sessions. You get suggestions on how to adjust eating habits and tips for special occasions, such as eating out, parties and going on vacation.
I make sure that your nutritional advice perfectly matches your training, your lifestyle and what your body needs to function optimally and achieve your goals.
